01About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website. When you hire us, the services agreement you sign with your proposal governs the work and takes priority over anything on this page. What follows are that agreement's main points, in plain English.

02Who we are

PixelSixty is the trading name of PixelSixty LLC, based in Indiana.

03Estimates and proposals

An estimate from this website is a guide, not an offer. The price and scope that apply are the ones in the proposal you sign.

04Billing

• Pixel Sixty60Monthly services are charged when you sign, then automatically on the same day each month
• Pixel Sixty60Video projects take a non-refundable deposit when you sign, and the balance when the final cut is delivered
• Pixel Sixty60Prices don't include sales tax where it applies, or third-party costs you approve in advance
• Pixel Sixty60Payments more than 15 days late carry interest of 1.5% a month, or the legal maximum if that's lower

05Minimum term and stopping

Monthly services start with a three-month minimum, then run month to month. Either side can stop with 30 days' written notice, which takes effect no earlier than the end of the three months. Email counts as writing.

06Ad budgets

Your ad budget is collected in advance with the monthly charge and spent only on advertising. We never spend more than the approved budget without your written OK. Anything unspent rolls into the next month, or is refunded within 30 days when the work ends.

07Approvals

• Pixel Sixty60You see each month's content plan before anything is published
• Pixel Sixty60Posts you haven't approved or commented on within two business days may go out as planned, and you can pull any scheduled post before it goes live
• Pixel Sixty60No ad launches, and no campaign changes how it spends, without your approval
• Pixel Sixty60For video, you approve the script before the shoot, and the edit includes two rounds of revisions

08Your accounts and your work

Every social and ad account stays in your name. We're added as a partner or admin, and we remove our own access within five business days when the work ends. Once they're paid for, the final posts, ads and videos are yours to use for your business.

09Results

We do the work with reasonable skill and care, but the platforms make their own decisions, and we can't guarantee followers, reach, leads, sales or return on ad spend.

10Using this website

The words, pictures and video on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking.

11Law

These terms, and our services agreements, are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
